Disappointing
Gutted… bought this pen and matching note book for my daughters birthday. She opened it and went to use it by pressing down the button on the top. The nib tube popped out from the bottom but way too much… when you press down on paper the nib disappears back up the barrel. I carefully unscrewed the barrel to find that there is NO spring in the casing which is why it doesn’t work. Tried to request replacement but it says window of opportunity has closed. It was bought in June ahead of a birthday and find it disappointing that a faulty item can’t be returned. One disappointed child.

great until clip snapped after few weeks
I love koalas so when i seen this i had to get it! I’ve had the pen for about 12 weeks and it’s still working, only down fall was the fact that the black clip snapped off which means the the too part is all loose and it’s a nightmare tryna press the top down for the pen
