Selector switch markings!
This is an excellent meter, but the Selector switch markings are barely discernable in bad light. They do the meter with white, or lighter markings, MF47C, and MF47F, which purchasers should request details of, and consider specifying when ordering. They deserve 5 Stars for prompt and courteous service - a pleasure to deal with.Robert

Well made device!
Well made device. Nicely engineered detail like handle/articulated stand feature battery cover, fuse cover. All very well conceived and executed. I am not equipped to testify on the precision of the measurements, but for my uses...troubleshooting photo-voltaic systems and light consumer electronics it seems to do well. I am very pleased and feel my money was spent well! Well, maybe one thing that might have optimization potential - the contrast in the rotary switch area between the background/base color and the labeling is sub-optimal in low light conditions. I can manage it.

Hard to read the AC voltage range because of the colors used.
The actual meter works fine. But the writing on the face of the meter where the knob selects the AC voltage range is a dim red against a faded blue background. This makes it very hard to read what the AC voltage range is. What a shame in an otherwise good meter.

Happy Hubby
This was a purchase for my husband and he is delighted. I swear he was in a frenzy to go all around the house looking for batteries to "load test". And that was just for starters. I bet he feels like he can solve all the problems of the world with that thing. Of course I have to understand since I feel the same about my sewing tools.This made my husband a happy camper.

Good Basic and Inexpensive Vot Ammeter
Simple to use (once you know how) and inexpensive. There are no English instructions so I had to visit YouTube on a quick lesson on how to use an analog Volt Ammeter. Shipping was quick and it was packaged exceptionally well.
