Excellent boot, I work in the Chicago area in Gary, very cold conditions. The boot held up to expectations, in -7 degree temp. just through a heat pack on the front end of your shoe, no problem. Good grip on icy surfaces, flexible soul for good maneuvering.

Too Heavy and Uppers Too Stiff
The positive for this work boot is the rubber bottom construction that provides waterproof property desired. Negatives are: (1) the uppers are way too stiff and rub the leg above the ankle, making them very uncomfortable for wearing any length of time. (2) The weight of the boots also makes them difficult to wear for any length of time.

but amazon makes returning them really easy.
I can't speak to the fit because the first time i put them on and tried to lace them up tight, one of the rivets holding the eyelets pulled out. I never took a step in them, but amazon makes returning them really easy.
