Does this pen have continuous ink flow?

Well....its the best I've found but depending on what paper you are using, or what you may be writing over (paint or collage) sometimes it might clog. I've had good luck with it.

Is this pen good for signing photographs?

Why yes it is. I took a few photographs that I had with the typical shiny surface and wrote on them. I waited about 30 seconds to allow the ink to dry and ran my finger over it with a little pressure and was surprised that it did not smear. That can only be said for the white Signo UM 153 as pictured.

Will this pen work on black fabric?

Probably not. It would fade and not be permanent.

Would this pen work on painting rocks?

It works on acrylic paint, so if you paint the rock first it should work. I don't know if it will work on the plain rock itself.
