Rogue Trooper: Tales of Nu-Earth 02: Volume 2

Rogue Trooper, along with Judge Dredd, is one of the most iconic of the 2000AD characters from my youth and I love him. So why only 3 stars? Over the years I have tried to collect all the Rogue Trooper stories, but because they keep getting reissued in different formats its almost impossible. I bought this book thinking I only owned a quarter or the stories within it (although Amazon never lists the stories inside the books which is ridiculous) and it would fill the gaps. Upon receiving the book and flicking through it I find I already own about three quarters of them in other graphic novels ... so I spent all that money for about three stories.

Anyone who lived through the 80’s and read 2000AD will remember Rogue Trooper- brilliant!This is one of the compilation books and great quality too. Colours are perfect (blue cover) and the original black and white art is just exquisite. Perfect memories!

Loved these books growing up but can’t get vol 3 anywhere! Such a pain as there only 4 volumes anyway

First read this as a teen in 2000AD and that wasn't yesterday. Just took a fancy to it and was nice to get all bundled up in one book (though I have the other 2 as well). Saves waiting a week for the next few pages, though having said that the anticipation was part of the excitement.Quite a chunky book and not pocket sized. Art is original and stories too - happy times.

Just loved Rogue trooper as a kid. A slight problem exists in the contrast of the reprint...

Fantastic book in the rogue trooper stories worth every penny if you like your 2000AD

10 year old son absolutely loved this. Even my 9 year old daughter is reading it now

After buying the first compilation, I immediately ordered this, and for the price it is a steal!!
