This isn’t magic, but an effective product to give you an “extra” boost in weight loss and cutting. You’ll still need to eat well and build lean muscle for it to be effective. I love that this has ZERO stimulants, so it is safe to take before bed.My only complaint is that I need a bigger bottle lol. I cycle this 5 weeks on/1 off. The entire EVL line is great, but this is my favorite. I’ll typically lose 1-2 lb a week when I’m on it with my usual diet and exercise.

I truly like and enjoy this brand. Their products work well and are easy on the gut. I have taken Leanmode intermittently for years. The product does seem to work and help decrease appetite urges.

I take this as instructed before breakfast and dinner. does a great job keeping appetite at bay. I do stack this with Trans4orm a couple times a year as well. good product! recommended.

I had a hard time getting past the smell and taste of these pills. I muscled through that, however, and took 3 pills a day. I only took that one dose per day as opposed to two servings. I didn't lose 1 lb. There were times I did get spurts of energy, however, not sure it that was the pills, or my natural metabolism. I took the entire bottle, and ate low carb, high protein meals. I wont be purchasing again, and I would not recommend.

When I take this about an hour before bedtime, it helps me start calming down and feel tired. When I do sleep, I get some of the deepest sleep I have gotten in years. I wake up everyday for work at 4AM and struggle often with not getting enough rest. This helps me catch up and I wake up feeling rested even the nights I stay up and only get 6 hours in. I’m on my second bottle and will continue to purchase!

My wife and I have been taking these for years when we want to drop weight. Great quality and no stomach ache. I take them in the morning on an empty stomach while I fast. I recommend them as they are also a great price.

Even though things are still quite stressful, I have noticed a considerable reduction in cravings and a more balanced appetite that is manageable. Lean Mode is definitely a game changer and helps me stay motivated and on-track by keeping things balanced and manageable. I take one serving on an empty stomach with my pre-workout (Pump Mode!) before my fasted workout or with water in the morning and then another serving at night before bed. This product did absolutely nothing. I tried it with proper eating and there was no change whatsoever with my weight.

I have used Leanmode off and on as necessary when dieting over the past few years. I previously tried heavier stimulants with the goal of appetite suppression and to increase energy levels, but found the crashes intense and don't love the way those drugs make me feel. Leanmode has been the answer to the weight management supplement search for me, I find great appetite control using the product and my workouts when dieting don't suffer compared to when I am not using it. It's not a miracle pill but along with careful diet and exercise it helps to keep the fat loss going (by allowing me to keep my calorie deficit going). I highly recommend giving the product a try, and with the reasonable price it's an easy decision.
