Two choices in youth football: Either girdle or full padded underpants. Don't do the girdle, the sperate kneepads will move around and cause frustration all the way around. Do the full kit. Do these ones, they are sturdy, can take hits, but most importantly, they look good...because that's what it's all about, looking good. But seriously, my son has been wearing these this season as an RB and DE. He lays a lit of hits, and takes even more hits. These pads have not relented. They look as good now as they did at the beginning of the season. If your kid is not doing great on the gridiron, purchase these pants, they will definately make him/her, they/them, furry, non-furry play better and become an MVP.

Very good, a bit big for 13 boy..m would have been better..

The pants, pretty good. The issue is the XS is closer to between S and M. They come almost to my 5 yo's ankles.

We do like the item , my son is tall and skinny so the pants fit good length wise but are still a little loose around his waist . We got him a Y-M

The size was wrongly sized. And the material of the pants and pads were cheaply made.

Ran a little big.

I bought an XL size for my son last year and then bought the XXL this year before I tried last years. The XXL is a little too big on him so he’s actually wearing last years pants again this season. I am holding on to this pair because the quality is great and I know he’ll neef a bigger size at some point. I definitely recommend these!

These are fine for light football use. My son practices in them four times per week and they are ripped after just over a week. Oh well, maybe you get what you pay for these days. They weren’t high quality and the fabric is different from his game pants. But they are fine for practicing. He’s 13 and tackling so what can I expect. He’s 5’5” and 120lbs and the fit is fine.
