Works great. Easy to install.

Quick and easy install and fits tight and solid.
I recently picked up a Savage Arms AXIS II Precision XP in .308 and a Caldwell XLA bipod for it. The Savage has no sling mount for the bi-pod to attach to so I needed this sling stud. It easily attached to the m-lok fore end allowing me to attach the bi-pod. I dabbed a little blue on the screws threads first of course. The rounded stud with the flat sides ensures the fit is tight and solid so the bi-pod has no loose wiggle at all. (Except for the pivot points the bi-pod is designed to have.) The extra set of screws and t-nuts was a godsend. During the install process I loosened one of the t-nuts a little too much. It dropped off down to the floor and skittered off to the 5th dimension. I’ve yet to find it, but thanks to the extras, no worries. I’ll likely never need one of these sling studs again, but if I do, this will be the one I buy.

A correctable flaw but worth the purchase.
The good: The parts finish and machining are good and it will work to fit an MOE bipod to an M-Lok mount. The extra "t-nuts" are a nice bonus. The bad: As mentioned by others the central sling mount is not mounted parallel to the mount, but is off-axis by about 5-10 degrees. However, if you put the included hex key through the hole and apply some force, you can rotate the central sling mount to correct the error in the part.Do note that I am not sure what retention method is used to retain the central sling mount, so best to keep an eye on it to make sure that correcting the error does not lead to long term issues. For instance, if the mount is only retained by some type of anerobic adhesive (lock-tite) rather than being positively constrained by part geometry.Overall, if you are willing to correct a potential design/assembly defect, it is definitely worth the price. If not, get the MagPul version which will perform flawlessly out of the box at twice the price.

It came with both large and small head screws, fit several M-Lok handguards just fine.
Used for mounting bipod but is compact enough to reasonably use for slings as well. Contrary to some reviewers I found the fit good and extra screws nice (I prefer the larger head ones for more purchase on the mount, and they don't protrude). I didn't torque with a 1/4 socket wrench or anything, but tightened them very snugly by hand with no hint of stripping or stretching preparatory to breaking. So regarding some of the negative reviews, perhaps the maker listened and improved things (or perhaps the negatives are sometimes just 'reviews' from competitors...).

Exactly what I needed.
excellent quality. Was exactly what I needed for my precision rifle. the other one I ordered was a swivel and could not be secured properly to my MLOK rail

Bipod finally fits.
If you have an AR 15, these work great.
