I love this product it’s been 5 days and I’ve already noticed a great change!! I have very sensitive teeth so I cute the strips in half and it makes the pain much much less!!

I have tried other products, the Crest strips work the best. Within the use of 4 strips, over 4 days, my teeth are much whiter. A few weeks back I made some very strong sun tea. I drank it over a week and my teeth turned brown. Very scary. I used a pen and gel, did nothing. I used the strips and I am back to white teeth.Very easy to use, remove the strip, stick them on your teeth. Tell Alexa to set a 30 minute timer. Do this over a week, they will work. Be patient.

First off, I’m mid-50’s. I drink a good bit of coffee (3 to 4 cups a day). Eat blueberries almost daily. And drink red wine regularly. Other than using toothpastes that claim “whitening effects”, I have never whitened my teeth. That said, I was not expecting results that rival professionally administered whitening treatments.I did an initial 8 treatments, stopped for a couple weeks over the Christmas / New Years holidays, and then finished the remaining 8 treatments. I saw a fairly noticeable amount of lightening after the initial treatment, which gave me good expectations for the final outcome after finishing the full treatment regimen. Unfortunately, the remaining treatments yielded considerably less noticeable improvement. Are my teeth lighter than before treatment. Definitely. Are they dramatically lighter? Nope. For certain nothing even remotely approaching “Glamorous White” (which I was never realistically expecting to achieve).I have yet to use the two “bonus” One-Hour express-whitening treatments, which I’ll use after a few weeks.As far as ease of use, it took me till probably the third treatment before I really identified the “sweet spot”, so that I was getting my teeth as much as possible without too much unnecessary contact with my gums. That contact temporarily bleached a few spots on my gums, but they returned to normal coloration after an hour or so. I did encounter a minimal amount of isolated gum bleeding after one or two of the treatments, but nothing painful or overly concerning. One thing for sure is it is quite difficult to speak when using these strips, so after the 2nd treatment I started applying them during my morning shaving and showering routine, when the need for communication was minimal.I would expect if I used this product with occasional regularity, my results would improve. My wife has a friend that uses them almost daily (not sure if that is recommended by the manufacturer) and her teeth are considerably whiter than mine. My wife has used similar strips in the past, but she personally prefers the paint-on Crest whitening emulsion. I’ll probably give that a go next, after I burn through the 2 unused express whitening strips.
