NOT WHAT's ADVERTISED
The filters that were sent are NOT what are shown and advertised for sale. I did NOT receive the 2WIRE filters I wanted and ordered. Instead I was sent a generic, no name brand. (The only designation is "CE". Is that a brand??) So far, the filter gives spotty reception. I ordered them to replace a 2WIRE filter that worked well for nearly 4 years, but had worn out. The generic one sent to me isn't much of an improvement over the worn out 2WIRE filter. THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION FROWNS ON FALSE ADVERTISING. This is at least the third time I've received something other than what the seller advertised for sale, from Amazon sellers. Sellers must be careful to advertise what they plan to ship, and to ship what they advertise. Anything else is illegal and immoral. Sooner or later it will catch up with you!

GOOD PRODUCT
NEEDED SOME EXTRA, AND IT DOES WHAT IT IS SUPPOSE TO DO----CHEAPER THAN IN RADIO SHACK OR AT &T. I like to have more than one around just in case, so that is why I ordered it and have ended up using it---worth the money

Didn't work!
What can I say about a product that was discolored, stained, and the cord was curved to one side and didn't work when I received it! Of course the seller claimed it was new when I contacted them. I had already purchased a different filter and requested a refund. The seller offered to send a replacement. I informed them that I had already purchased another filter and why would I want a replacement. I suggested that a wire may have been broken if the wire had been curved behind a piece of furniture. The individual I was emailing thanked me for agreeing with them.I was NOT agreeing because I still believe it was used! I'm not going to fight the seller over this; but I will never order anything else from this seller!

Sadly, not the 2WIRE brand as advertised, but both DSL filters work great. My original filter was getting tired from bring plugged in and unplugged so much - Thanks for saving the day and keeping me online!

I needed a filter to complete my DSL connection at home and ordered these items. They arrived in working condition and did the job as described. I am online as I type this from home, right? :-)
