Yes, it's a gray market camera
If you didn't figure out based on the price being $100 less than market value that it's a gray market camera then you're not paying attention. However, it is an authentic product. Not sure what country it was packaged for originally. It came in a plain white box with black letters, not the glossy U.S. packaging. It had no warranty/registration card included, and the charging cable has the wrong end (based on a google search, the cable I received fits Fuji X-Pro1, X-100, and a few other models). Fortunately, a standard micro USB connector fits and I have several of those laying around. On the plus side, it was advertised as coming with a 32Gb card, but it came with a 64Gb card. For $100 less than market value, I can live with that. But, as always when buying gray market photo gear, YMMV and buyer beware.

Works great for excellent price
I purchased this camera for use on a recent trip to the Maldives. Performance was great. Easy to setup, underwater picture and video was great. It's ability to sync with my IPhone and IPad to transfer photos for upload and editing was great. I used iMovie to edit underwater videos I took and was able to upload them easily. It's ability to record 4K video can quickly use up memory so I would recommend lowering to 720p or 1080 to extend memory. Also, keeping the video lengths short to about 3-5 minutes will help during transfer to IPhone or IPad since larger files don't transfer. I also used the time-lapse photo feature - it allows user to define frequency between photos and duration (number of pictures that make up time lapse). It works great but when transferring to IPad, it transfers individual pictures and not a collection of pictures which require the use iMovie to assemble time lapse. I would recommend to any of my friends and family, especially for underwater usage.

Cheap camera and it shows. Serves its' purpose.
Picture quality is super grainy and not clear at all. Low light blur all the time. If there's any movement, forget about it. Just a good camera to bring under water with you.

Stiff Shutter Release
The camera appeared to be everything that I was looking for and the price was excellent. The difficulty was an extremely stiff shutter release button which required a lot of pressure to activate the shutter. This pushing on the shutter release caused severe camera shake and a blurred of soft image.

Don’t buy. Not waterproof
Camera worked fine on land but failed first time in water. Expedition leader said he had one of these cameras fail every week he guided. I could not get a response from seller. Eventually I got a refund from Amazon with a fifty dollar penalty. No photos of a once in a lifetime trip. Don’t buy this camera

Great for snorkeling!
Just finished a trip to Moorea where I use this for underwater photography. Absolutely stunning performance for about two thousand pictures.

Great little camera for the price.
Worked just fine. Was nice not to have to worry about getting my phone wet.

The battery does not work!
Couldn't check any of the features because the batter won't charge.
