The saw and miter box worked well for cutting the quarter round for my house. It handled the ~300ft of 11/16” quarter round fairly well. The saw is not the sharpest, but with rapid back and forth movement, it cuts soft pine adequately. Beware that this is probably not the saw you want to use for cutting something such as a 2x4. The box is sturdy enough. I fixed it with screws to another board and then clamped the assembly to a sawhorse to make a sturdy work station. For the price, it gets 5 stars from me for quarter round.

It is an amazing product for specially the price. I did this wall accent all just with that product. Excited to do more!!

Needed to cut some wood at some angles for some projects around the house. Didn’t want to break the bank and this was adequate. I screwed it into my work bench and was able to get the work done. I did end up sawing into the plastic a few times but will end up buying a circular saw soon for heavier jobs. This is great for quick jobs but definitely not a lifetime tool.

Sturdy box and saw. Used it to cut metal tubular goods for sink drain.

This might work for smaller cuts. I had thicker baseboards and it wobbled so much that the cuts were not even. Made lining up corners a hassle. It did saw through them fairly easy at least.

For the price, and the ability to finish my small project, 5 stars. Needed 3 cuts of door trim to complete a small door frame repair and the product worked much better than expected considering the price. Made my three "cuts" and got the job done. A couple of bits of advice for using this product, do use "quick grips" on table to stabilize your cut, and take "quick," short strokes when cutting, especially when starting your cut. Think finesse, not brute strength. The longer and slower your "cut," the more difficulty you will have. I planned to throw it away when I got done, it earned a spot in my storage shed. Lastly, if you are concerned about cutting into the plastic, finish your last cuts out of the "box" if you can manage it.

There is nothing I dislike about this mitre box! I do small wood working crafts and this tool is a must have for me to finally get those sharp, accurate angled cuts. I like that it's so lightweight and easy to use and wish I had purchased this way before now instead of struggling with a jig saw or hand saw alone to make the cuts I needed.

The saw looks like it won’t last long. But it does it’s job for now. I will see how long it lasts. For small project job works well

Funciona muy bien, es lo que muestran en sus fotos, por eso lo compre, por que vi otros modelos pero creo que son muy pequeños, este se adapto muy bien para el trabajo que requeria.
