Fit as described
Fit a 2004 honda element perfectly. Made a huge difference to my mpg as old one was clogged and have not had any issues driving it daily for months. Not bad for under 10 bucks. Definitely worth the hassle to replace this piece if you have mpg issues and lacking horse power, took me from 15mpg to 20mpg and gave me smoother driving.

P2646 code. Change all 3
I change the oil pressure sensor , timing solenoid, actuator and a spool valve switch to resolve the code. You must reset the computer code to get the repair to take affect. Just a footnote, none of the screens had any sign of debris like the videos show, but the error was still there.

Failed within 1 week.
Defective. Failed 1 week after installation in a Honda CR-V. Triggered a solid oil warning light and started leaking from the plastic cap on the top where the connector is, not from the threads into the block. Disappointing quality from a brand name product.
