Very disappointing
When it arrived it had a big dent in the lid , itDoesn’t charge , and then the port where the charger goes in came off so I have basicalyFor an expensive cheap made cigarette case

Not what expected
the Quality is not good made of stamped tin, built in lighter lasted 2 days and the coil went bad, the lighter opening isn't large enough for the cigarette to fit in to light it, it has to be forced into the opening, It does hold 20 Cigarettes as stated, not quite what I expected from the ad and description online!

Replacement element
Excellent product, holds my cigarettes perfectly! After about six times times of use The electric element works intermittently I had to monkey with the cartridge to get it to work well.Which leads me to believe it works well in case of "emergency" when i cannot find my lighter, but not to be used as a primary use.I recommended this product to many friends and relatives, and it would help my optimism if i knew where i could get some element replacements for cheap

Good Case
My boyfriend loved it at first, very convenient with the light installed. The lighter went out within the first week. We replaced it with the new coil and it still didn't work. I wouldn't recommend unless you just want a hard case. Design is nice.

This one is working great it won't hold 20 cigarettes but I roll my own so that might be the problem
