Savoiardi Ladyfingers 17 1/2 oz. package

I've bought these for tiramisu several times now and it comes out PERFECT every time! Usually I find tiramisu can get WAY too soggy, but these are SO perfectly dense that the texture stays perfect even after sitting for days (on the rare occasion it even lasts that long LOL)

I use these in many deserts because they are simply the best. My Italian cookbooks all recommend this brand specifically. I was concerned that they would be stale but not the case at all. Every single time I order these they taste very fresh. I think that is because they are wrapped inside the package as well in the case. That is nice since you may not need to use them all. There are 2 big differences with these compared to other brands. They have the perfect amount of sweetness. Most others have too much sugar and end up tasting like a sugar cookie which can overpower and sometimes ruin your dessert. Second they hold their texture and even over night do not end up mushy like other brands. They are 4 inches long and I cant recall any of my orders having broken fingers in them. These are a must if you are making tiramisu in order to avoid the mushy problem. I would advise you to look at your recipe carefully and don't assume you will need the entire package and open all the cookies because this is a big bag. You can leave the ones you do not need sealed in their plastic and use for later because they will stay fresh if you did not open them. Excellent cookies that work well in Tiramisu!

I just used these to make tiramisu and they absorbed the coffee well without falling apart. They also taste good just dunked into coffee. I like that they are made in Italy and the package arrived without any broken cookies.

They were very carefully wrapped and shipped. They are perfect for a tiramisu. I eat them as biscuits and they are crisp. They are not very fragrant. Best with something on them or dipped. I won’t purchase again

I googled beforehand and saw that this is marked as halal. Please research on your own I made tiramisu today with just decaf coffee, heavy whipping cream, a little sugar , cacao powder and these ladyfingers It turned out amazing One packet comes with a lot!

These are one of the best ladyfingers I've bought online! They come in a big pack that's well packaged by Amazon and the seller as not a single one of them was broken/chipped. They're perfectly sweet for tiramisu (or even with your coffee) especially if you prefer European dessert sweetness level over American desserts. If you want completely soaked ladyfingers in your tiramisu, dip and roll them in espresso twice, if you want them to just soak some flavor, dip and roll once. I rolled the bottom layer twice and the top layer once to add texture to my recipe. And it worked like a charm as the top layer was able to absorb more flavor from the marcarpone cream when set in fridge overnight! Will definitely recommend it to everyone and reorder soon!
