I bought this for my partner, and he was super excited! He was wanting one for some time. However, that excitement soon became frustration and sadness. This product is horrible. It is near impossible to get your hair into it, you really have to force it in and use your other hand. All this effort to get even the smallest amount of results. There are far better products out there I'm sure, I'm looking into getting another one that actually has teeth and not curved slippery humps. So disappointed, very difficult to get any hair into the actual heating area, and limited results... One star, don't buy this... Boo... It seems like somebody came up with a poor design, made too many of them, and are trying to get rid of them as best they can, don't be a sucker.

The heat guard on this comb is MASSIVE. So big can’t even get in there and smooth the beard. This was purchased as a gift and was super excited and it didn’t even work well at all! The person who received is has a larger thick beard too! Lame. Super lame.

the curvature of the straightener really doesn't allow your beard to really get straighten you have to go back over it a handful of times. and even then its still kind of a pain for the price not bad but. by the looks of the 50$ one they have id go that route

Decided to return item after a few days and try a similar item...This item has a rounded head which I felt doesn’t really allow your beard hairs to travel through the heating elements. I’ve decided to try a style of beard straightener that has more or a bristle/brush style aspect to it.Other than that, this product is well built.

Bought this for my husband and it just takes too long to get warm Takes forever just to get beard hair straight best just to use a blow dryer for faster results

Not for beards under 4 inches. I have 2 1/2-3 inches normally and it didn’t do squat for me. My wife tried it on her hair and it worked great, better than a traditional straightening iron according to her.

Really nice product. Definitely gets hot and feels good to use but the bristles don’t stick out so I couldn’t really get it into my beard. Wound up just combing it over and heating it up

Not bad but it would work better on my beard if the the brush didn’t have a smooth teeth to go thru the hair. If it had regular teeth on it to actually grab the hair I feel it would work better. Maybe they could make an adapter to slide over it to grab the beard hair better. The feel and controls are great and heats up to temperature setting fast.

I wasn't expecting to leave a 1 star, but this is no good. You have to literally force the bear in the comb with another hand. If you try to use it like a heated brush, good luck. It just pushes the hair, doesn't actually go in. When you force it in, it misses a Huge part closer to the face because it doesn't get that close.You need a 2nd shorter one brush style to finish the job. (or do the whole thing..)The only benefit this has is if you have a huge 12 inch beard or something, in addition to a heated brush to do closer to the face. It won't even let regular hair go in without force.Would not recommend.

Having a beard that is 3+ inches, I thought this product would be right; however, once looking at the anti-scald designs, it appears to also prevent hair from entering the device. After attempting to use this product, my suppositions were correct. I did find success after pulling hairs into the heated slots, as I didn't find success by drawing the product over my beard.Be wary of this design, and ease out a prober combed product.

The media could not be loaded.  very nice Beard Straightener.Seem very solid. Can pull the beard without any worries. Work very great for me. 3 level of temperature 350° 390° 450°.Temp is reached very fast within 1 minute.Will update later to let know if this unit still working because at this moment I went trough two different model.

The beard straightener is easy to use, has a comfortable handle, and is able to reach deep into beard hairs. I do feel it could be improved through having a temperature gauge for cooldown, but that could also very well be a feature I have not realized. Overall, it was a good gift for my bearded friend.

The comb teeth just push my beard down. The only way to to straighten my beard with this product is to pinch several hairs with one hand and run it through 2-3 comb teeth at a time which takes awhile for the whole beard.The pictures show that each comb tooth has a "nipple" which my straightener not not have. I think it would have made a difference but I cannot say for sure.
