They kids will love it!!!
We received the package on time. It was heavy but so worth the purchase. We assembled it with little to not problem. One bolt broke but we figured things out. And our twin Grandson's feel in love with it. They are 2 1/2 and even my 11 year old Granddaughter played on it with them . Well made for all ages. Worth the money.

Quality Counts!
I bought the Lifetime Ace Flyer airplane teeter totter two and a half years ago for my grandsons. They were actually too young to use it as a teeter totter, though they did enjoy climbing all over it and spinning the propeller! It sat in the yard through wind and rain and sun and freeze for two and a half years. Today the boys learned to teeter totter! The airplane still works! It’s still stable! It’s still fun! The durability of this product is amazing! I can’t speak highly enough of the quality and durability of the airplane teeter totter! The airplane in the video is 2 1/2 years old having sat outside the whole time. To find such quality in an outdoor toy needs to be commended. Thank you for such an excellent product!

Sturdy, but assembly is not for the weak.
This thing is a really good size, it’s very sturdy, and the colors match our existing swing set well. My only issue is the assembly. The directions are decent, and the way the hardware is divided up is super helpful! But my husband had to re-thread a couple of the pieces because they just weren’t going together like they should. They provide two Allen wrenches for assembly, but by the end both of my Allen’s were worn darn and it made it extra hard to put those last few bolts in. I tried a little with a drill, but that just added a level of complication and was hard to get into some spaces. Overall, it was worth it. But if you don’t have a rather handy person at your disposal, you may think twice. Update: After approx 2 years of use, and sitting in the direct sunlight year round, this thing still looks brand new! Still very sturdy and a favorite for the kids.

Great fun for young children
Great fun for the grandkids. It was more work than expected to put together but instructions were clear enough. Need to be more than one person to assemble.

Great install instructions and good packaging
We purchased the Ace Flyer for our 2 and 4 year olds as a Christmas morning surprise. I was on the fence about going with the earthtones version over the brightly colored version. We are very happy with the earthtones. The teeter-tooter looks much better than it does in the photos. The teeter-totter was well packaged in a thick double-layered cardboard box. All of the parts were also wrapped in a light plastic to prevent scuffing during shipment. Assembling the base and fuselage took around 45 minutes. Attaching the wings didn’t go quite as smooth. I am guessing I spent around 2 hours simply getting the wings attached. I don’t consider my troubles with the wings a design flaw or an issue with the instructions. The fuselage was likely just a bit out of alignment making it difficult to attach the wings. After removing some of the previously installed bolts (they were all loose, but there was still not enough “play” to get the wings attached) I was able to complete the assembly. The teeter-totter ships with just about everything you will need to assemble. In addition to the provided 3/16th inch allen wrenches, you will need a couple of ½ inch wrenches or crescent wrenches on hand. I had trouble with a couple of the provided bolts such that I stripped out the hex head before I was able to get the bolts tightened. The soft zinc bolts are pretty easy to strip out if you one tries too hard to force them into place. I assumed I didn’t have these two bolts properly aligned when I started threading them into the equipment. Upon removing the bolts with hefty pliers the following day, I observed the threads were in good health. I tossed the damaged bolts in the trash and acquired a couple of stainless steel replacements at the local big-box tool store. The new bolts screwed in without issue. (The damaged hex heads were likely due to the ball head hex driver I had been using. The ball wrench didn’t fit in quite as deep as the standard hex driver and when it slipped it probably damaged the bolts.)

Your kids' personal airplane for the yard!
For the price (about $260 when we bought it) this plane is a steal. This airplane is extremely heavy-duty and is perfect for anyone with multiple kids. We have three boys (3 1/2 years, 18 months, and a newborn any day now) and I already know that this will get a lot of use. Although I was worried that my 18 month old might hurt himself on this right now, we carefully monitor play and my 3 1/2 year old and 18 month old are able to play on the seesaw portion together easily and climb all over this thing. We have had this for a few months and have had no injuries, and even my 18 month old can easily get on and off of it by himself. Although the assembly did take awhile as others have mentioned, it is definitely worth it for all of the hours of joy your kids will have on this thing. The weight limit on this is high (I believe over 700 lbs) and even my husband and I can comfortably do the seesaw together (and we often do!). I love that there are dials for the kids to pretend with and the steering wheel actually turns the front propeller. This is a perfect outdoor toy for people who don't have $1,000+ to spend or who do not have a huge yard. We highly recommend this awesome airplane!
