200W New Mono Solar Panel

I bought four of these to replace three panels on the roof of my RV. They were smaller than the original panels since they are higher efficiency. The build quality is fantastic and the packaging was great. They arrived with no damage and the thick foam makes great drawer liners!! The panels are functioning very well keeping my batteries fully charged, even on cloudy days.

0 issues after 6 years and if there's been degradation after 6 years of constant use, I can't notice it. Originally bought 3 for my van conversion build and later bought a 4th since I had some spare roof space. There may be better panels on the market now, but these ones certainly hold up and for the price, I wouldn't roll the dice to try another brand should I need to replace a panel in the future.

I am very happy to write this review, I bought this 200W panel back in 2020. I have gone through more panels than I would like to admit. ( I started out with Flexible panels) but that's a whole other story. This panel has been my "GO TO" panel as I use it as one of my mobile panels when I RV. It can live a rough life sometimes. Yet it never disappoints me as far as, its always pulling in Good numbers. So after replacing all the flex panels, I'm adding a second 200W to my array. I am really looking forward to this addition. I already bought 3 panels, they lived forever in my cabin on the back wall. This summer, I installed them, and got my solar up and running, then I realized I had to have another panel. So I went and bought another, it arrived USPS, not FEDEX, and the local post office is a small rural one, the first three panels I had to go and fetch on my own, and transport home, and the third they did put in a van and brought, I met them to fetch it and of course, had to get them to the cabin myself. They were fairly easy to install overall. The fourth panel is smaller and rated higher then the other 200 watt panels (800 total) - I hooked everything up, three panels in series and the last panel, the new one is on it's own circuit. Then I finally got the inside guts in place, and SURPRISE!!! I was topped off and fully charged up by sunset that day. Hummm.... ever since I am amazed at the fact that it takes no time at all to top off and I am doing well so far. The real test is to come - will it run the fridge\freezer 24/7 it says it is only 1 amp. We will see. Due to the drought, I had a fire ban, I found it impossible to live in the cabin long term. So I went looking for some "power" ways to cook, and I will test them in the year to come. I have nearly 5500 WH at my disposal at 1000 watts. so I will be putting the system to the test. I even have found a AC that is rated about 500 watts and that alone would run me 7 hours. So expanding is going to have to take place, wish they had single 500 watt panel - maybe someday, I would need 2 of them to get to where I can keep 3000 watts at nearly 6000 WH [a new system] - in addition to where I am now - all this to say I am impressed, now let the games begin as we winter and summer again. As storms test the panels, etc....so far so good... Yes, I will look at buying again - at least at this point.

I hooked it up briefly to ensure it worked and It did. It was purchased mainly for a future solar build and I wanted to test one first, before committing to more. It put out decent wattage and good amperage. It is right where it should be for it being the winter season where I am. I expect it to top out in the summer sun. I have four more panels on the way as part of a 1000 w system. I liked it well enough to invest in them for my off grid solar build. Bottom line is they are good panels in my humble opinion. They suit my purposes and my needs at reasonable prices. 10% off these panels at the Newpowa website for Memorial Day. Even better deal. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that till after I ordered my panels through amazon. I won't make that mistake again.

I purchased it to power our pond aerator. Electric wasn’t an option. Provides the amount of power as advertised. Definitely worth the money.

I got lucky and picked up 6 of these panels on sale for $169. This turned out to be the best deal I have ever got. The price is just half of the deal. These panels are wired 2S3P, flat mounted into a Victron Smartsolar 150/70 MPPT controller. It is January and I'm in south east Texas. On a sunny day, my max current has been as high as 52 amps. The size of these panels are not much bigger than a Renogy 100w. I am averaging 58% efficiency. I am considering tilting them about 45º. I could not be happier.

I ordered four 200W panels. Well, two arrived on time. One more arrived a couple days later. The fourth one was "delivered" a couple days after the third, except that it was completely the wrong thing (it was a wire guide or something like that). I returned that and it took about 10 days to get a refund, ehich took three phone calls to Amazon and finally they manually pushed it through. In the meantime, I ordered a replacement for it, which arrived... smashed. That's when I noticed that the fourth panel was smaller than the others. So I measured the first three and discovered that they are, in fact, 65 inches long instead of the advertised 55, which is a game changer for me since they're too long for me to install them on my boat. Now I have to return the other three, pray they refund me, order three more, and hope they are the correct item. This has been a nightmare. UPDATE: This was all Amazon's fault since they fulfilled the order. They have been less than helpful trying to resolve these issues along the way. However, when I contacted Newpowa directly, they were the most helpful people I have dealt with in a very long time. They made this all right on their own, even though it was Amazon's mistakes that got this order all screwed up. A+ for customer service! I will definitely deal with them directly in the future and would recommend the same for anyone interested in their products. I got three new panels in three days from them without even having to return the wrong ones first. They really are a great company! And the panels are excellent for the application. Much better output than other brands I've used.

Installed 2 of these on our 2011 Leisure Travel Sprinter RV. Work very well at charging the 2 6v golf cart batteries. Installed one of them with 3M VHB tape on the bottom of the footings and Eternabond tape on top of the footing. No screws into the camper. Be sure to clean the surfaces with isopropyl first before applying the tape. Both tapes are impressive and that panel is staying put.

Delivery was faster than expected, product performs as advertised. I have installed two 200W panels on my boat, no more battery issues, at peak, 22A at 325 W.

These panels will be going on my RV so I tested them and each panel put out approx 190w each and 384w for 2 panels wired in series which is awesome for January here in Canada.

On bright sunny day, Vmp=20.2 volt, Imp: 10.2 amp on a good solar angle. I was able to get up to 11.763 amp.
