Q: Can you adjust the actual microphone part to sit further away from the face? No matter who I try it on, the microphone sits tight against the cheek.

You should be able to bend the wire on the mic piece or bend the ear piece to get it off the cheek.

Q: Anyone else having serious sensitivity issues? I've to run my gain at around +15 to get this to pick up anything with an Audio Technica system 10 pro

I am using this with an older Audio Technica transmitter and have not had any problems. The in-person and online audiences have been very impressed with the audio quality.

Q: Is this compatible with the samsun go mic mobile wireless system? can i plug this into that system instead of using the samsun lavalier mic?

If your Samon go has 1/8 jack with screw on. Yes it will work or the xlr mini jack.

I believe that the cable is 40” long. The computer would have to have a dedicated microphone port as the headset needs a preamplifier.
