how does this product age? Does it crack? Peel? Turn Brown?

This probably the worst product I’ve used. I have a 2019 f150 with Wrangler tires with one tire having road rash. When you apply it looks good but washes off in the rain.

After applying this how to clean the tire without ruining the paint?
