Though quite costly, I didn’t regret buying it. A real quality product with excellent design. It serves the real purpose for which it has been made. The quality of the materials used is really great and durable. A must-have in a well equipped bathroom!!

second time i am ordering this item. this time i got the product. the first time i got cheated. i did not get the product and these fellows did not resolve the issue when i raised a complaint. it is an expensive item and customers can get it if they are lucky. these fellows are not customer friendly.coming to the product, it is a decent product but highly over-priced. you can get much better products on international markets...just not American.

Easy to use, it's worth having one, atleast for elders who have trouble reaching their aching heels, foot, back etc.

Not worth the price..No extra pads..Customer care not approachable..Not worth buying this Indian product. It is not USA product, Manufacturer is fooling the customers.
