Dear , the length is 38.5cm, the width（height) is 4cm, the length from wall to hook outer edge is 4.5cm, the distance of two hook is 9cm. if you need any more detail, you can contact us .

Can these be mounted on a door, if yes what kind of door would be suitable? Thanks

They are suitable to be mounted to a door. Ive mounted it to a moulded internal door which isnt solid however if this is what you wanted to do then the fixtures supplied are norhing near adequate. You will require internal door plug fixings which is exactly same as an anchor tyoe plug but only about 2.5cm big

Cap faulty can a replacement cap be sent or do i need to return the whole product?

Return the whole product and get a new fresh one

If I use this in a bathroom to hold towels would this rust?
