The story enriches you with the history of Kashmir, lifestyle of ppl, how terrorism was born and the role of foreign militant. All characters are predictable, much seen in plenty of movies, novels etc, their only main role is to tell the true history and the evolution of what we call today the 'kashmir issue'.The book is not so intersting that you can just cant keep it down, and not so boring that you leave it mid way.

Good one 7 very intensely wrote by the author. It gives somE indepth knowledge on situation in kashmir.Liked it.Congrats to the author.

I had sent a return request that the product received was a different product, means the cover tells "Srinagar Conspiracy", but the story inside is for some old stories. i had asked to take it back through the return portal, but there was no response.

Surprised by the 3 rating here. Guess it was released pre "influencer" era where racey rubbish is rated 5. This book is how stories ought to be written. Great plot, exceptional story telling. Have read it thrice in the 10+ years that I have had it. Not a fan of the NDTV Vikram Chandra but have to say Vikram Chandra the writer deserves credit. He oughtt to write a sequel perhaps around how some of these charecters eventually create a peaceful Kashmir.

Good riveting plot. A leisure read in a cafe or some place bustling otlr quiet. Keeps the reader into it
