As others have said, Swimmers Wellness products often leak unless the bottle is sealed in plastic. This was not sealed and did leak. The conditioner works well and I've used it for years.

My son is in the pool 2-3 times per week, and his hair was getting major damage. This has saved his hair! Great product, reasonable price.

I order this for my girls to use during the summer after swimming in our chlorinated pool. The product itself is great, and keeps their blonde hair from turning green after days of swimming!This time, the conditioner arrived with the lid off and the entire bottle spilled inside the package. When I filled out the return request, Amazon said I needed to ship it back. I had to go chat with an associate (not easy to find the option for that, by the way) and let them know that I could not ship it back because it was an envelope full of spilled liquid. They told me to trash it and they sent me a replacement, which arrived two days later in the exact same condition as the first. The lid was off and the entire bottle was spilled. I had to again go chat with an associate to ask for a refund. Customer service was great, even if a little inconvenient, but I would be afraid to order it a third time and risk having to repeat the whole ordeal. I’ll just have to find it somewhere else.

I use this conditioner all the time now. Very light scent, not too heavy in your hair.

I work as a swim instructor and I am in the water multiple times a week for 4-5 hours a day. After losing a lot of my hair because I had to chop it all off, I realized I needed something that would protect my hair and help promote growth. I've used this only 3 times, and I see a huge difference in my hair ! The bottom of my hair was very thin and crispy, but now you can see the shine and there is less breakage overall. I just suggest using a normal conditioner or hair mask after as it does strip your hair of its natural oils.

Your will like this product. Although not advertised I sometimes use it as a leave in conditioner and leaves my hair silky soft

Conditioner is great but packing was abysmal. Leaked all into the bag. This stuff isn't cheap. PACK BETTER!!!!!!!!!

I was somewhat skeptical of whether this conditioner would make much of a difference for my two sons who are on their high school swim team. They swim 6 days a week and usually just a few weeks into the season their hair begins to look like a rat's nest, nearly impossible to untangle and wiry looking. We decided to try the conditioner after having good results with the shampoo, which was recommended by their barber. I have to say we're all very happy with the results. I have them use a wide-tooth comb to comb the conditioner through before rinsing, which really seems help with de-tangling. Their hair feels almost as soft as in the off-season and looks good too. And the price is reasonable. We're sold!
