Ceramic Peeler - Vegetable Peeler and Fruit Peeler

This is a very unique peeler. It's easy to grip and use. It works pretty well on smaller vegetables. This peeler is easy to clean as well.I received this as a sample to try in exchange for a honest review.

I use this primarily for heavy duty peeling of things with tough skins such as potatoes or sweet potatoes. It's a sturdy peeler which easily trims even the toughest skin of fruits or vegetables. It produces thin rinds and peels with little or no pulp, and cuts on the first run every single time. Its blade never seems to need sharpening and its hefty body fits comfortably in the hand, making it require less force to operate than traditional lightweight peelers.

Instead of the classic ‘stick’ metal peeler, this plastic peeler has many advantages over that. The round ergonomically designed holder is much more comfortable to hold. The peeler portion actually swivels (much like an expensive men’s skin shaver) to peel away just enough of the surface layer without taking too much of the vegetable. This works in both directions.Carrots and cucumbers and more peel extremely easily without taking too much of the vegetable and one slide across the vegetable is all it takes to get just the surface shaved. Machine washable, the plastic will never rust like its metal counterparts. It just feels good to use.
