I purchase this item so that I can get rid of my mid-section. I'm unable to do sit ups and strenuous exercise. Even though I'm unable to do those things, I found this product to be still valuable to me. I wear it for 8 hours and I still sweat the inches off. At times I wear it while on my vibration machine and it helps me to maintain my posture as well as sweat. I would recommend this product for people that exercise a lot and even those that are limited to exercising because it still works. Great for the value.

It's okay for the price.

I really love this waist trimmer. Ive been using it while I workout and it makes me sweat even more esspecially in the stomach area which I do believe helps in losing weight there faster. Along with ab exercises this is a perfect combination for a flat stomach. It is comfortable, very sturdy and well made and most importantly it fits just right, Im 130 pounds if that matters.

I have used this a lot to work out and although it does make me sweat I feel like I don't see any physical difference even after a month of using it. I stopped using it after a month and I am now starting to see more of a difference in my waist measurements. I feel like this is good to use if you want to push yourself physically while working out or if you are working on a different part of your body you could wear this for extra sweat.

My old waist trimmer belt needed to be replaced. Came across this and pulled the trigger to buy. I bought a size larger than needed. It made it much easier to put on and take off. I am glad for this purchase.

Really helps with sweating.

It fits and does the work. However, it has a horrible smell when you receive it. I had to wash it a couple of times and hang it in the sunshine to get rid of the smell. Otherwise, it was worth the purchase

The small band was a little small on the width size so I returned it. Material on the inside isn’t something that makes you sweat which is why I purchased it. Returned the item.

健康診断を受け保険の指導員から脂肪肝を指摘され、またリモートワークで体重も増えているため、このシェイプアップベルトと最近のジャージ型のサウナスーツを着て毎朝ランニングをしています。使用して１～２週間程度ですがウエストが63cmから60cmに落ちましたジーパンにベルトをしても、体との間に指が入るようになってきています。もうワンサイズ上でもよかったと思いますが一つ上だと長めなようなので、もうワンサイズ間にほしいところです。使用の際に最初はにおいが多少しましたが、洗って使用を続けるうちにあまり気にならなくなりました。保険指導員の方からはランニングを続けてみてから精密検査を受けてみてはどうですか？と言われています。特に問題もないため今後も使用を続けようと思っています。

使いやすくいい感じにフィットして、とても気に入ってます。ただ、新しいからか、ゴムの匂いが気になります。時間が経てば、マシになる事を願ってます。

とても扱いやすく気に入りました。ウォーキング時もお腹周りの汗がたくさん出ているのを感じます。

サイズも丁度良いし、ウエストによって幅などサイズが変わるので満足。

品物は悪くないのですが、女性用には少し大きくて厚い感じがありました。
