Denali BottleLess Water Cooler

I enjoyed the water cooler but have been unable to buy replacement filters for the unit.

This is the best water cooler I ever had and will ever have. It is just amazing! the customer support "LB" is super helpful! Recently I had an issue so I have contacted customer support, they not only ship a replacement part but they have shipped an entire new unit! The cooler is so amazing works great! the water filter works well, I don't see any after taste or smell, it is refreshing to drink Mojo filtered water! saved me a lot of money too. I recommend this product not only for the product but also because the customer service are great!

Works well, easy to install. Have not had any problems with running out of cold water and hot water on demand is great.

Mojo changed the design of the water cooler and has not updated the Amazon photos. One of the main reasons I purchased these particular coolers was that the photos showed that the filters were integral to the design and installed from the front for a clean appearance. Unfortunately the design has been changed so that the filter must be attached to the back of the cooler with zip ties (not included). Instead of the cooler being flush against the wall it needs to be 3" or so away for the cooler and is far less "clean design". Had Mojo correctly represented the current product, I probably would have gone with a different cooler. On another note, the safety for the hot water is a little awkward and could be improved.

this device is a peace of garbage .... knobs broke came off with in the first 30 days and , we've been after Mojo for almost a year and are not getting any response and now the whole device is not functioning. its s $50 Chinese piece of garbage. Do your self a favor .... do not buy it.

I like to wait a few months to do reviews. This cooler has been in service and is used heavily every day for the last six months. No complaints. The water is good and the features work as advertised. Installation was very easy. The filter is easily installed / changed as the part it screws into swivels out for easier access.

Has been installed for a couple of months now. We ended up having a plumber install it, because we weren't able to follow the instructions. It makes enough hot water for a large pot of french press coffee. The hot and cold levers are still plastic, which was a disappointment, that is how my last water dispenser broke.
