The battery with the phone was bad when I check diagnostic and that's bad because i had to also spend lots of time getting my refund too

The phone is second hand!!!

The phone is second hand,absolutely is not brand new,despite was in sealed,inside in the box was a lot of dust and even pieces of tree leaves or maybe tobacco…The good is the phone working well for now and seems the battery is still in good condition.On the phone exists very light marks of use and scratches,but once again - very lightly and hard visible.
