This is so easy to make and is delicious. I substitute chicken broth or stock for the water and add 3/4 lb sausage and 3/4 lb chicken. So yummy. 😋

So good, I have used this for a while, add whatever meat you like, bake some baguettes, break up into the gumbo. Delicious!

Purchased because the image accompanying the AI generated review summary on 1/16/24 said gluten free. I bought 2, because I was so happy to find it.Received the next day! Three stars for that.I attached a picture of the box with the ingredients listed. Clearly states it contains wheat--twice.Gluten is a fundamental part of wheat. I can't even try it.

Easy to make and have great favorite.

Ingredients weren't listed and I know they used to make one without meat products, or maybe I was thinking of another brand. My sister told me to buy the one in the round cardboard can like container, but I didn't see it. It has chicken meat and chicken fat. I quit reading after that and tossed it in the trash. They need to list the ingredients up front. There went my dreams of shrimp and egg gumbo. Of course I could make my own roux, but I'm too lazy.

I am from Louisiana and this is really good gumbo for people like me living in NY and can’t get ingredients to make from scratch.

The add says 12x8 ounch , took this to mean a package containing 12 yes 12-8 ounch packages for $34 , came as one box
