Reliable parts
Reliable replacement parts for bathroom faucet. Easy to replace. Function as expected.

Warranty not honored
Manufacturer wouldn’t honor warranty replacement for a defective actuator (plastic ball and drain pop up arm) that would have cost very little at any plumbing supply or even Home Depot because the plastic ball is not a standardized size. Guess I’ll have to purchase another entire drain assembly but never from this company.

I only needed the Pop-up piece but had to but the whole assembly, but everything was as I expected. HG makes a great product.
