Octopus Tripod with Bluetooth Remote Shutter(Black-Red)

It is very sturdy. The remote control worlds. It takes amazing photos and the size is perfect. It's worth the money. It functions perfectly.

I absolutely love this tripod. The remote is awesome and paired easily to my iPhone so I can use it with or without the tripod itself. The tripod wraps easily around anything to accommodate your needs.

This is a good and inexpensive phone tripod. I have an android phone. It seems to work with both Androids and IPhones. I have not used it yet, but just tested it. It works with my Android phone. I had a bit of trouble getting the remote to work. I had to download a link to make it work. My husband had a more difficult time getting the remote to work with his Android. We have limited space in our apartment to put the tripod, but it does seem to hold pretty well if you really tighten the 3 movable legs around the area you place it on. It seems very pliable and strong enough for the phone. I've seen this tripod in stores for more than twice what this one cost. The only negative thing is that they do not give enough information on how to set it up and use it and they really should. There are 2 pieces that I have no idea how to use or exactly what they are for. I also don't know how to bend the top part of the tripod to put the phone in a lower position other than by bending one of the movable legs far forward. However, for the price this is an excellent phone tripod. I recommend it.

I like the look and weight of the tripod and you can't ignore the versatility; I like that I can wrap it on or around many different objects in order to keep the phone stationary in different environments. The tripod also allows for great forward and side to side motion which is helpful when filming in awkward situations or when you just need a slight tweak for that perfect camera positioning. The camera itself is easy to move when a shot requires a bend to the right and left or a rotation up or down. I have already utilized the tripod via my cell phone and also with my digital camera. The tripod was especially handy for live filming on facebook as it sat on top of a large shoe box on my desk. I was able to perfectly position the camera for the facebook live and I didn't have to worry about the phone falling over while filming. No more propping up items in front of or behind my phone to avoid a slip or fall. I am very pleased with this purchase and so far, I am satisfied with the quality. It's also an added bonus to find a tripod in red and black as most of my devices are red. The only "con" I have is with the Bluetooth Remote Shutter. I am disappointed that the remote shutter isn't working with my ZTE 958 phone. After several failed attempts to use the shutter through my cell phone's default settings, I did install the 360 Lite app made for this remote but the shutter only worked for still pictures; it was completely useless for video. The remote shutter also enlarged (zoomed) the frame of both picture shots and video footage when it should have just taken a picture or enabled the video for recording. It's possible the remote shutter just isn't compatible with my phone, but it was odd that even after installing the 360 Lite app, depressing the button to take a picture didn't always "take" a picture; again, it would activate the zoom feature on my phone which isn't what the remote shutter is made to do. The remote shutter is supposed to snap pictures and activate/deactivate the recording feature on your device. Sadly, it's not working for me at this time.

Out of the box, this is perfect for my needs, which is to hold my iPhone 13 Pro Max as an alternate videoconferencing device in my WFH setup. The fact that the tripod comes with multiple adapters and accessories is a fantastic bonus. The height is perfect, and the tripod and accessories are flexible enough that I will use it in many other scenarios. I probably won't ever use the included Bluetooth Camera Remote, since I have my Apple Watch for that, but it's a nice inclusion and icing on the cake. I bought the red & black model because it was $1 less and I had an unusual impulse to save $1. Red plastics can be a bit hit and miss, and often don't match the product photo. I didn't have to worry. This red is a pure red (no pink, no washout, no overkill) that simply looks good. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I like the bendy stand, but the phone hold is poor for me. The bevels that grip the phone's sides aren't quite deep enough, so the phone pops out of it just by touching it. For reference I have a Samsung S21FE with a minimalist TPU case. The remote was very easy to set up and use. Adjusting the legs makes a bit of noise.

I was a little sketchy at first because this tripod was only about $9 but boy was I glad when I opened the packaging to see a sturdy, flexible, and colorful tripod. The package also includes a remote for taking pictures, a lanyard that attaches to the remote, a spring-adjusted phone mount, and an additional screw-on mount for other devices like a GoPro, etc. This tripod can pretty much attach to anything. I have it wrapped around my monitor arm with my old phone attached to it (which I use as my webcam). It holds it in place very well and doesn't move a lot either. This truly was a great purchase and I will be sure to order from this company again for any future needs in this category.

Really great, especially for the price. Can use as a stand or to hold onto while filming videos. It did come with a few parts that we couldn't figure out what they were for, but it worked fine for what we neede - to attach a cell phone to and make videos. Love the bendy legs too.

Small. Solid,it hold my huge phone. Has a nice little remote to pair with the phone to take pics or videos. Cool little gadget. Perfect for travel or to set up in a small are to film.
