I ordered it for my mom and she loves it. It's easy to use, super handy and the build quality is good too. It's the perfect tool for your skin, and the perfect item for people who are careful of their skin.

What I got is a damaged piece. I called out the customer care and what they said was there is no return for this product. But they can return back the money. So I got my refund back. But it's easy to use in face during serum applications etc. Overall it's an ok ok product.

Got exactly what I expected from this face roller massager, it works fr me.. recieved in good condition with untampered packaging.this looks sturdy and I feel I can make good use of it while it lasts.. serves the purpose n iam happy fr the price which I acquired it.

The larger roller came undone from the base when I took it out . The smaller one also came undone when I was trying to fix the larger one Ultimately could fix only the larger one back using adhesive. Very very badly assembled. No replacement option so could not send it back also. Total waste of money.

Amazing product this is. No wire no battery nothing. Simple steps to follow nd this roller will show the effect. I m impressed with the effects after massage.

It reached me intact and not broken. Seems sturdy. Let’s hope it lasts long and doesn’t break. So far it’s looking good to use. It came wrapped in bubble wrap. Would be better if it came in a box

The media could not be loaded. Product looks as it was promised. Sturdiness could have been a little better but it's still very good product for the price.
