COX 51002-1000 Portland 34-Ounce Manual Bulk Applicator

I was using this for some bulk glue for fixing a floor. The glue product was the consistency of Elmer's white glue. Pretty thin and runny. This got me through the project but barely!!! It leaked a lot and I had to constantly take it apart to make it work right. What a mess! It might have something to do with the consistency of the product your using it for. Might of worked just fine for thicker caulk or something not so runny. Nothing in the product information warned about this issue. I ended up throwing it away after the project was finished. Can't say I give it a high recommendation.

I bought this Caulking gun for road repairs while on a job in Michigan. The product functioned well and performed as expected. I would recommend this product to all the only downside is I would have loved a cataloge from the company with different applicator tips and the such for the product, as it was I had to modify a tip to suite my purpose but then found online the correct tip I needed. I would buy this product again in a hearbeat though.

If you've used a caulking bulk gun almost every pull plate you pull through to get the caulk into the gun is threaded (and universal in sizing as well)...not Cox who uses a different attachment process that makes you have to buy their pull plate... which isn't cheap.I love and use a Cox regular and sausage caulking gun but use another brand for my bulk caulking needs

Great bulk loader. Works perfect for acoustic glue that I'm using that I am buying by the gallon. It's used just like caulking to construct 4x8 sheets of gypsum board where you sandwich this glue between the two sheets to combine two 4x8 sheets 1/2 inch thick and end up getting a 1 inch thick 4x8 sheet. This is the type of construction needed to get sound proofing for drum booth or vocal booth construction.Hope this review was helpful.

Easy application and loading via the suction feature. It definitely made the job go much quicker than it would have with a traditional caulking gun. Quick shipping too!

Did not work for placing grout as I had hoped. Material had to be too wet to come out. or cut the tip so about a half inch of material came out (which was way too think for the job. Pain to clean.
