Great stuff I'm the box
When I opened the box I thought wow, a tool to tighten the nuts up, pair of white gloves, PTFE tape, then I saw the braided tails, European fitting three eighth instead of half inch, two hours round every plumber's merchant to find a reducing adaptor. But easy to install after that , good sturdy tap.

good taps but the size didn't match up with my pipes so had to replace all my pipework

need couplers
very good product, but needed 2 couplers, because pipes with tap are 3/8 and pipes with hot and cold are15 mm. seems the tap is made for usa. as gavaer calls them a faucet not a tap. couplers are £3.95 on amarzon so still good price. but would have been better to know before buying.

Nice tap unfortunately not suitable for our set up. Returned on the 20th May via Amazon locker, still awaiting a refund

Excellent, just a few fitting points before installing needed
In general a very good tap and very happy with it.I did have some problems installing due to the size of the connectors not fitting my plumbing (but really thats down to my lack of plumbing knowledge, so this needs to be checked, but a quick visit to B&Q sorted that out. I did find them difficult to fit due to lack of space. A small plastic key is provided to tighten the nuts but I couldn’t get leverage which meant over a short time the tap quickly became loose, so I ended up buying a set of small hex spanners, which were only £5 off Amazon and job was done!Very happy with the taps though, they are better quality than the ones they replaced and I very much like the action of the tap head, this is especially useful when a member of the household isn’t too good at turning taps off fully!

Bought this to replace a caravan tap,the night of the spout was lower than I would of liked but was okMy main issue was that the flexes were 12 mm and thanks to YouTube it sent me in direction of toolstation to get an adapter to fit from 12 mm to 15 mm that pushes into a push fit fitting
