These are cheap but work well ,but they do not work on every switch or router

I've read a few people say they worked but auto negotiation didn't. I connected these between my CRS326 and 328, went into SFP and told them to advertise 10G and the link came straight up. Very happy and will buy again when I start pushing 10G to the servers.

Ive been using these 10gig SFP+ modules in Mikrotik CRS 305 & 309 switches and they have worked perfectly fine connecting to each other.

This works well with MikroTik routers and switches.

After 5 minutes connection run burning hot with only 1 minute of iperf throughput test

As it is, after one year one of the two transceiver has stopped working. Note: company reached me and provide with a new set of transceiver completely free of charge in 2 days. 5* on response to the issue. However, this type of hardware are for production environment and cannot fail after 1 years, is not acceptable.

Tranceivers optique 10gbps parfaitement reconnu sur du matériel Unifi (USW Pro Max 48 POE et USW Aggregation) et sur des cartes Mellanox ou Intel. Bref, pas de soucis. Par curiosité j’ai voulu comparer les températures et consommations données par les SWITCHS. En faisant des transferts identiques avec la même température, c’est celui qui avait la plus basse consommation et une température contenue (juste au dessus des FS mais bien en dessous des Ubiquiti par exemple). Pour le prix ils sont nickels !

can confirm these work with pfsense in broad com and emulex cars in both workstation and firewall applications. Worked fine in my hp devices as well. H!Fiber is a lab standard for me now.

A mi con un switch Linksys LGS328C-EU no me han funcionado (supongo que algún problema de negociación o incompatibilidad), tengo tambien un switch chino de estos de 10g sfp+ y luego 2.5g en rj45 y tambien problemas (en este modelo chino lo entiendo). La única manera de establecer conexión ha sido punto a punto entre la tarjeta de red del servidor y la del cliente (sin switch intermediario), por ahora me vale como apaño pero vamos, no era la idea de infraestructura que tenía pensado montar. Entiendo que por 20€ la pareja de transceptores es lo que hay... si tu hardware es compatible triunfas, sinó, ajo y agua. La próxima vez para este tipo de experimentos compraré los transceptores "baratos" a china directamente (ya que estos son fabricados en china). Revisión del 31 de Mayo tras hacer mil y una pruebas de combinaciones intercambiando los transceptores con un latiguillo de fibra y cables DAC, al final he conseguido una "combinacion" que funciona y es enchufar directamente el transceptor con cable de fibra al servidor con una tarjeta de red (intel x520 da2) en un extremo y en el otro, el transceptor al switch chino (marca keeplink, de aliexpress) el cual a su vez tiene el otro puerto sfp+ con un cable DAC directamente al otro ordenador que tambien tiene una intel x520, ahora mismo parece que todo se mantiene "estable" por lo que voy a cambiar la review a 5 estrellas
