I have used these on occasion for years. I usually take 2 pellets when my nerves are rattled because I have a writing deadline and writing makes me really anxious. These calm me down just enough to focus, stay alert and finish the task. If I took more, I would likely be knocked out. But for me, they are a great prescription alternative to get me down a notch.

I had my doubts, but I refuse to buy into Big Pharma, so I gave these a try and was very pleasantly surprised!These are not mind altering, but definitely get the job done as far as natural relaxation!I will have these in my possession for a very long time.

These lactose-free homeopathics are a lifesaver for me (literally), and I wish they made even more specific ones. I have a severe case of alpha gal allergy from a series of tick bites, and even a tiny amount of lactose (and I used homeopathics ALL the time) will leave me with nausea & vomiting (and sometimes hives.) I thought I had to give up my homeopathics completely until I discovered these.

Taken as directed from a very difficult to open plastic vile, with a sugar pill taste and NO results, it was a waste of my money. I would give this product a minus 10.
