5’1” 138. It’s so hard for me to find pants that fit in the rise and waist that I also don’t have to get hemmed. These are a perfect fit. With a little stretch too, they are soft and comfortable. Plus look nice enough to wear to work.

These Democracy Petite Ab Solution Straight Leg Jeans are fantastic. The Ab Solution technology really smooths and flatters without feeling tight. The stretch is perfect — comfortable all day but still holds shape. The petite length is actually right (no hemming needed!), and the straight leg is stylish. Great quality and fit. I’m buying more!

Very comfortable i should have got a 10 petite.The 8 is pretty tight

I have a hard time finding petite sizes in local stores. Only one place stocks the Democracy brand, and I have purchased several pairs in various colors over the past few years. Recently I went looking for black ones, and had no luck, so was delighted to find them on Amazon. I am 5'2", and the hem hits the middle of my ankle bone. I like the straight legs, which aren't at all tight, but aren't baggy either. The color is a true dark black that didn't run the first time I washed them in cool water. Fabric is soft, with just a wee bit of stretch. The "Ab Solution" waistband is extremely comfortable, and one of the best features of this brand. The jeans look good with both tucked in and not tucked in tops, and they can be dressed up or down. One of the few clothes brands that has maintained excellent quality over the years. I just wish I could find them more readily in stores, because these cost a bit more on Amazon that I normally pay for them. Still, the price is well worth it. Highly recommend.

Fit perfectly 10P not too long, not too tight and I have an odd fitting body. You could spend more, but they wouldn't fit any better. You know how Gloria Vanderbilt fit tight in the crotch and jeans feel like they started out being men's jeans? And Old Navy are too loose? None of that here. Perfect when your lover is reaching around the back of you when you're walking and slides their hand in the back pocket and it fits perfectly? Not too lose, not too tight. 5'5" and 10p purrrrfect fit. Put a 1 in the front and a zero instead of last five :-) And they fit find when I lose a few pounds. I have even fallen asleep in them.

The jeans are made of a lighter-weight denim and have a fitted, but not tight, feel. The color indigo is a nice dark blue denim, but unfortunately, the distressing on the front looks very different in person than it does in the photos. The fading is much more high-contrast than I expected. Instead of looking naturally worn, the faded markings look artificial and distracting against the dark blue denim. I don't mind distressed or faded jeans when the fading looks natural, but the pattern on these doesn't have that look. This was the main reason I decided to return them.

The jeans are a perfect fit, love the waist stretching but stays in place without a belt. At 5'3 the petite length is just right.

I have been looking for a pair of jeans (not jeggings -- jeans) for maybe, like, 2 years. I have been finding that there's many bad options and bad in-betweens: too tight in the legs (itchy) and/or too bulky in the crotch (just, no), or too tight/ too loose in the stomach. Either they cut off the circulation and are so tight in the stomach that I can barely breathe, or they're so loose I have to roll them over and pull them up to my boobs to keep them from falling down. These jeans are neither and may be the perfect jeans. They are incredibly comfortable. I can wear them all day without hating my life. The waist is stretchy, but they are not "pull on"--there is a button and a zipper. The stretch in the waist means that they don't gap. The pockets are real pockets. They are not long in the crotch or too shallow in the crotch. There is not too much fabric in the crotch. Even though I bought the petite length, they are really long on me and I have to roll them up, but I am 5'1" and all jeans are too long on me, even petite jeans. I have bought two pairs of these and am contemplating another. I would say that they run true to a little large in size. I bought my usual size and they fit fine. If you are on the line between sizes or if you really want tight jeans, between two sizes maybe size down.

These jeans fit me like a glove. Like they were made for me. The material is stretchy and thinner which makes them so comfortable!

I was skeptical when I received these pair of Jeans. I got the wider ankle, so I was gonna return them. I usually like slim ankle, but then realized I can still wear them with other type of high heel shoes or sandals as they’re a bit longer than I’d like them to be. They do look great. Love this brand for this reason.! Thank you!

Questi pantaloni sono morbidi, bellissimi e calzano alla perfezione anche una fisionomia a mela come la mia. Vestono così bene senza tirare da nessuna parte (pancia inclusa) che è opportuno acquistarli di una misura meno del solito. Ciononostante molto a malincuore devo rispedirli perchè, pur essendo comodi ovunque, mi tirano proprio al cavallo.... Infatti,. nella taglia corta (P) da me acquistata, anche il cavallo viene riproporzionato rispetto alla versione normale. Io, pur essendo alta cm 164, ho il busto lungo per cui il cavallo di questi pantaloni mi risulta troppo corto (cosa non inconsueta per me anche in altri pantaloni). Peccato davvero; ci riproverò ordinando lo stesso modello nella lunghezza normale e facendolo poi accorciare.
