Adequate but not great
The principle behind these air bags is great, but the design has a few flaws that make their use a little harder than it needs to be. First the hose is rather short making it awkward to safely place the bags under the range cooker I had to lift and reach the pump; the hose would also benefit from some jubilee clips to hold it in place as it can easily become detached. Secondly the bags shape, when inflated it is quite curved, not quite a cylinder but not far off it; this can result in the lifted item rolling and moving on the bag. It would be much better to construct the bag/bladder with concertina sides so that the lifting surface stayed flatter and hence parallel to the item being lifted.

Perfect fit as lumbar supports in my car seat
Perfect fit as retrofit lumbar supports in my car seat. They seem very robust and I was able to drill small holes in the outer edges to secure to car seat frame. The pipes were very short so I bought extra piping for use in the car. This is a far cheaper solution than buying similar items from a car seat retailer.

great for the price
Use this to make car lumbar support (thanks to other reviewer!).simple job, seats now very comfortable. Quality of the bulb is not great, but for the price still perfectly accepable.

Strong and able to lift a filled Cabinet style fridge ...
Strong and able to lift a filled Cabinet style fridge or freezer with ease (Results may vary due to positioning of each Wedge and model of fridge/freezer). The weakest point of this product is the short pump hose and its tendency to detach in several places due to the short hose.

Impressive lift capability
Very prompt delivery . Product quality good. In desperation I purchased 4 of the wedges to attempt to lift a garden shed, one side at a time to replace rotting support timbers. Low shed ground clearance prevented the use of other lifting equipment. Using 2 airbags on each corner, sandwiched between softwood plates, one side of the shed was lifted, safety packing inserted, then the rotted runner was cut out and replaced. this exercise was then repeated on the other side.Very impressed with the lifting capacity and ease of use !

Amazing strength
Perfect fir what I needed. Used for lifting garden shed off the ground to remove and replace supports that had rotted away. Amazing strength from these little wonders.Definitely recommend & wonder how I coped without them before.
