Perfect charging
Got this in the back of my overland vehicle, charging from the unit works first class, small unit very easy to install, looking forward to setting up a solar panel for stationary charging, but so far so good

Well when looking for the PERFECT. EVERYTHING CHARGER this ticked all the boxes as it.did solar 40a batt batt for.my 300w lithium battrey the one must have was a way to monitor solar and b2b as shore power was never going to happen after meticulous research on the advert it clearly states add renologys bt2 bluetooth dongle via rj connector and the magic will happen well on arrival I paid my auto electrician to fit it got it home and went to plug in the magic box and guess what NO MAGIC HARRY POTTER HAS LEFT THE BUILDING as it has no port to plug in to on repetedly contacting reneolgy to rectify it nope no response so it's not what was described at this point I'm out the instalation cost and hassle and time if I rip it out instead of joy just gutted

Another great product from Renogy!!
Fantastic charge controller and Dc to Dc charger. No need for multiple charges with this. Solar and dc to dc in one little unit. Also connect the Bluetooth adapter and you get all the info you need. Should highly recommend for a campervan Build.

Very good system to keep things nice and tidy
All good. Install and forget. All I wish was that they included the optional display screen mentioned in the instruction manual. Not been able to find one of these for sale. Would also be good if solar voltage limit was higher for allowing series wired arrays (mainly to keep wiring thinner)

After 12 and half months it burned!!
I bought it in middle of October 2023. Few days ago during driving it started smelling very bad like burned plastic. I could see anything inside as it started smoking. I was lucky that I stopped on time as charger and one of the cables were super hot!I'll I had to order new one ASAP because I started my holiday. I'll be apreciate in Renogy could offer refund as everything was installed well and worked so long till now. Its weird that it got burned just after guarantee

Working well as dc-dc battery charger.
Set up to charge a lithium battery from vans alternator.At present I do not have solar panels connected and am just using the device as a dc-dc charger.The charger supplies the full 50amps in this configuration.
