Easy set up. Volume control related to TV model. If the volume buttons don’t work on the Sky remote you need to press 1 & 3 together and follow the on-screen instructions and the Sky box will help you find your TV model and when it does the volume buttons will work. At least mine did. Hope this helps.

Was skeptic about buying as a lot of reviews were saying returns, I got lucky and had a proper sky controller in a proper sky box with batteries included. Works perfectly well with the sky Q mini box paired no issues.

If you’re looking for a replacement Sky Q remote control, this is the one for you. At first, I noticed that the volume button on the voice control didn’t work. I didn’t realize that you need to pair it with both your TV and your Sky Q box. Luckily, there’s a video on the Sky Q box that shows you how to do this, making the process easy.
