Kuhn Rikon Stay Clean 3-in-1 Scrubber Green, 1

I ordered several Kuhn Rikon items at once; this was one. I was sent the wrong version of the item, and everything else I ordered has been garbage, but this scrubby pad has won me over. I have not been kind to it, and most recently descaled my water distilling tank with this bad boy. It performed like a champ!I've thrown greasy food and sticky food at it, but nothing sticks. I would appreciate a bit thicker or slightly more rigid just for comfort and ease of holding.

Using silicone scrubber will save extra lives for your kitchen sponges and scrubbers. And silicone is recyclable. Really, think of this as a scraper, instead. Flour goop on the bread board and fingers? Cheese on the grate and melted onto the plate? Eggs in the crux of the cast iron skillet? This silicone scrubber will remove it all. For a completely smooth clean, you may need to follow up with a micro or scrubber, but it's easy because all the schmutz is gone. And don't be fooled by similar scrubbers--they don't have the little nibs and contour bars that the Kuhn Rikon Stay Clean has. Those are really the secret to how indispensable this silicone scrubber is.

While more sustainable products is a novel idea, the purpose is defeated when they can't best the products they're trying to replace. I own the regular Ruhn Rikon scrubber and I absolutely loves how it cleans, seemingly better than traditional sponges. However, for this 3-in-1 I couldn't possibly recommend.The issue with the previous sponge is that the scrubber doesn't have a 'tough scrub' side. Both sides of the sponge are soft, so you can forget about cleaning away harder stains left on. I thought purchasing the 3-in-1 would be the end all for sponges - not the case.- Size: You wouldn't think size to be an issue but it is. With the way the scrubber is designed, I assume to be ergonomic in hand, it makes it incredibly awkward to hold. Almost any way you hold this thing is so uncomfortable that I honestly question how in the world anyone actually uses this and comes out the other side with a positive experience. Which comes to my next point...- Extremely Rigid: With the original Kuhn Rikon sponge/scrubber, it's incredibly malleable, making it easy to conform around corners and contours of anything you're washing. While it can miss a spot here and there because its a bit tougher than what the sponge can remove, it's comfortable to use. However, with the 3-in-1, with one side now dedicated as a hard and tough scrub side, it uses a much harder plastic to achieve toughness. So much to the point that if you try to bend to contours in the same way that you could with the original scrubber, it feels like you are virtually going to break the sponge. And the textured ends are so blunted, and spread apart from each other, I fail to understand what exactly is the scrubber supposed to clean - full meals?? Because this thing can't even handle small spots because you can't get the sponge to bend in the way even a regular sponge can handle.To wrap, this is a terrible product and you're better off with the regular Kuhn Rikon sponge and pairing it with the scrub side of traditional sponges. As much as sustainability is, most of these products lack the practical factor of their predecessors; at least they work and work well.Don't get the 3-in-1. Just get the "stay clean" original one.

Great for hand washing laundry!!!! I use this to help scrub my steamer mop pads. Also, I have a neoprene (cloth covered) table runner that often needs spot treatment. Works great to get into the fabric with out messing up or fuzzing the stitching. Both sides of this sponge are great. I chose this one over some others because one side is hard and the other is siliconed with bristles. It’s also larger than some of the other “laundry scrubbers” I found. Very happy. Will def buy again!!

I wanted to love this. It doesnt work well for pots and pans with stuck on stuff, you really have to scrub. And it doesn work great in small spaces. Does hold soap better than I expected. Works great on items that aren't super dirty.It works amazing at cleaning pet hair off furniture- 5 stars all the way for that purpose.

Like the sturdiness of this scrubber and the reverse side with the extra different scrubber types. Well worth the money.

Works great to scrub off food stuck on pans after cooking. After getting the food off, I then use my regular sponge to do the washing. It saves my regular sponge from having to be thrown away. To clean this silicone scrubber you just rub some dish soap on it and it looks new again. Just don't think you can use this scrubber for regular washing because it won't hold the soap and you'll end up wasting it.

These are the best. No mildew or sour smell. Easy to wash. Great scrubber.

Don't like it much

Me encanta. Solo llevo una semana con ella pero es muy flexible y sin embargo se siente bastante resistente. La parte trasera sirve para las manchas más difíciles.

Good. Not great.

This will replace your plastic scrub, but not your sponges or washcloths.

Very rigid so it is difficult to use when washing some items.
