Didnt Work
This product was horrible, it didnt heat up well and NEVER worked with batteries, only worked when it was plugged in, that was the whole reason I bought this was because it was cordless and ran off of batteries. I tried all kinds of batteries, rechargeable ones and even went out and bought new ones just to make sure. Nada...Nothing!!

Very Hot, Drips a lot
Make sure that you set your gun on a mat because it constantly drips glue. I wasn't very successful with the battery operation but i honestly did not read if I needed rechargeable batteries because the Energizers were a fail.

Best cordless glue gun I've tried
Much nicer to use than expected. I thought it would just be a small convenience to have a cordless glue gun, but having the ability to move it around without wires in the way gives you so much more freedom of movement and helps you apply the glue more accurately.Love the ability to use high or low temps as well.

Messy to use.
I was disappointed that it just oozes the glue everywhere. If it is not plugged in, it will not get hot enough to melt the glue. When it does get hot enough to melt, the glue just oozes out even when trigger is not pulled. A BIG MESS!!!

Drips too much
When it is sitting waiting to be used it drips a lot of the glue out.

get one that uses 18650 batterys and not double A
got it an realized it uses 4 aa batterys an have yet to get it to work with batterys, works great with cord an the battery base makes it really easy to site anywhere without worry of it falling over. the manual says to use high quality aa batterys if it doesnt warm up enough but ive tried every kinda of batterys, recharable an even found a battery that looks an same size as a aa but is 3.7 volt instead of 1.2-1.5 but even they didnt work. i had one that ran on a 18650 an it was by far the best hot glue gun ive ever used, but it belonged to my sister an shes gotten it back, the reason i got this one. decide to keep it instead of returning it just because the base being so handy its way better than the wired hot glue guns i already own so its replacing those but if you looking for something wireless i dont suggest this one.

Works
as far as glue guns this does the trick, I use it almost daily for the last 2 weeks and still see a lot of dripping , I thought it would be past the break in point at this time
