This looks like it is designed for the F1 system, but it doesn't say that on the description, it has F2 (which I thought was a bottle)?

It fits the F1 and doesn’t work all that great, but better than nothing.

How does this attach to bike? Is there a straw?

The speed file attaches where your water bottle attaches and has a straw that goes up by your aerobars. This is only the sock that covers it. It is supposed to help with keeping the liquid cold. On a hot day your water bottle still heats up on long rides
