No. There are no holes/ zippers on top to accommodate a chain where a hanging chair is hung from. This one slips over the chair and ties and straps in at the bottom under the chair.

I bought these for my egg Chairs, They are large and zip up, drawstring on the bottom. Easy to put on if you can reach the height. They have room to fit most large egg chairs without any problems . To measure I would say from the highest point of the hanger, around the chair at the widest width including the stand where it is hanging. These really are large and I would say fit most egg chairs.
