Invulnerable Waterproof Spray by Saphir

I purchased this SAPHIR Super Invulner and applied it on several fine leather shoes including silk. I have half a can left after applying the product to 3 pairs of shoes. *disclosure, all leather had been treated with SAPHIR mink conditioner crème before the application*Application steps: As directed I went to a ventilated area to apply the spray (I did this in my open garage and wore a mask). On the first couple pairs I applied the spray at a length of 12 inches away and had no issues. I did cover any embellishment with clear tape & stuffed the insides with tissue paper prior to spraying. I followed the directions and waited 30min between each layer. I applied 2 layers of the protectant to the calf leather shoes in the pictures attached. This product didn’t change the feel or look of the shoes at all!Moreover, I purchased this protectant due to claims of clear application, durability, and safe use on fragile textiles. So far all claims are TRUE, as I was able to apply 3 coats to my silk shoes as well, with no residue marks left behind (see attached photo). Overall I believe this product is worth the money to apply to luxury goods. I’m so pleased with its ability to be applied to delicate textiles that I will be applying this on handbag handles as well.Recommendations:If you apply this product and notice any residue or marks you are applying the product to close. However, don’t fret! If you have done this misstep on leather you can take a soft chamois cloth and gently wipe the residue away before applying other layers. I would highly encourage if you’re applying this product on any delicate textiles (such as suede or silk) apply it from the recommended 12 in or greater away. This is because you may not be able to buff/wipe away any marks from user error.

I used this waterproofer on several pair of brand new Puma Suede sneakers. I wanted to waterproof and stain proof them before I wore them. I took them outside and sprayed them like the instructions on the can say. After leaving them outside to dry, I brought the shoes inside and tested all of them with some water on the suede. The water just beaded right off the shoes quickly and like magic.The suede did not darken or lighten on my Pumas. I made sure to spray the shoes like the instructions to ensure I didn't ruin the suede. I did not over saturate, and also made sure I sprayed far enough away from the shoe.I recommend this Saphir Invulner, and I have ordered two more cans for the rest of my shoes. I wish it was not so expensive though. $31.95 per can is steep.

I purchased a nice pair of leather boots and will be wearing them while traveling this fall. There’s a good chance there will be rain, so I wanted to protect them. This product had good reviews which influenced my purchase options. The spray is a fine mist, easy to apply, and dries evenly. It does have an odor as expected, so I applied 2 coats outside on a nice day and let the boots/shoes dry in my garage overnight. I’ve used it on 3 pairs of shoes and still have some left. Also, the instructions are in French. You can google the product and easily find them in English.**Update** This waterproofer works well. The leather Chelsea style boots I used this on held up well during my trip. Lots of city walking, and it rained every single day. Some days just a little rain, other days quite a bit. I just wiped off any dirt and dried them each night. I highly recommend this spray. I think it really helped.

Good product. Easy to apply. Has some smell and best to leave the shoes outside for several hours to dry after application. One thing to note is that after I applied the Saphir Renovator (Neutral) and the Super Invulner on my brand new suede shoes, the color of the shoes undeniably turned darker by a few shades. I am glad that the shoes are protected, but just wanted everyone to know that the color will turn a few shades darker. The left pic is the before and the right pic is the after. This color change has happened to all the suede shoes that I applied these products to. I am a little bummed about this, but glad that my suede shoes are protected.

Excellent product. Easy to use. Does not change the color of suede.

I'm definitely doing something wrong since my tan suede uggs could just not take the spray, and the only part it worked discolored/darkened badly to the point i'd rather just let them succumb to the elements and buy new ones later. Could not get it to protect but it worked fine on my black uggs, dr martens, 2 pairs of suede and 1 leather margielas and my rick owens

The media could not be loaded. Great water protection for any types of leather, even luxury kinds like crackled and blistered leather. Lasts a few weeks before you need to reapply and it doesn't alter the appearance of the shoe unless you spray it too close.
