This thing stopped working and charging the day that the return window closed. It’s like they timed it! I don’t know if these are refurbished or what but I bought this for my son because I’ve had one for 2 years that’s been fantastic that I purchased at a cosmetic store. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS SELLER. PERIOD.

Junk. Arrived and wouldn't charge. Either the charging base is defective, or the handle is defective, or both. Whatever it is, this thing is terrible.

I don't know if my headbrush is a defective product but it makes me feel very burning. I could see the hairs were disproportionately trimmed and it felt not as smooth as I hoped. I switched from Foreo's product to use this product and it felt really bad.
