Retractable handle stuck after 5 mths of use
Though the bag is very good, perfect size and very lightweight, the handle is stuck and we are unable to retract it . Pl let me know where I can get service for this product as it is under warranty supposedly

Don't buy this product
Just one trip suitcase was scratched. Cost is higher side morethan Rs 7000. After my recent purchases price came down 2K. Eventhough buying this product was waste. Wheels comfort is also not good. Lo

A very good quality travel companion.
The product is lightweight and all the four wheels are working fine. There is minor issue while pressing in the handle, but that is manageable. Finish is good, so is the colour. Talking about its ergonomics, I say that I am happy with this product.

Lacking product genuineness
Do not resembles the original product.Looks like First Copy. Post selling the product 'seller' declined the return pickup. No options to connect with call centre.
