NicoDerm has really helped me quit. It suppresses the cravings and REALLY REALLY prevents the mood swings from lack of nicotine. I notice that when I didn't use it for a day I was ridiculously moody, even to the point of crying at the littlest thing, or getting angry at the tiniest irritant. It's the mood swings that always made me go back to smoking because I knew I was hurting others. I've tried quitting at least 15 or 20 times. Butttt, by following the "program," I have now been smoke-free since February 15, 2016!!!! Excited to enter Step 3 soon, and eventually not need it. Love this product :)

patches will not stick on skin for than 2-3 hours. have worn 6 patches for 6 straight days and patches have fallen off every time after 2-3 hours

Works great. Was able to help my nicotine addiction alot, im on my 6 day strikes. But its better to buy it in store. I just found out, it would be 30 dollar cheaper if buying it anywhere elses.

Adheres to the skin good, it seems to be stronger than the generic brands but caused weird dreams and a rough sleep for me. But, if I use during the day and remove at night I've found it works well. So far so good

If you have ADD try this product. I have always been unable to focus on one task at a time. I use the patch when I am working on the computer. It keeps me laser focused to finish my work reports. It also takes all brain fog away. I feel alert, focused, and awake. I don’t feel any side effects like you would with taking medication for ADD.

Purchased it for my husband who chews. He no longer chews. Doesn't get better than that. Followed the program for each step, didn't just stop even when he felt he could go cold turkey (didn't want any relapses), cravings still there but diminished greatly, helped with cravings for other bad habits that were amplified with tobacco use (too much drinking & eating). His friend was on the program & stopped which is why we tried this. Would do again although if had to do it over again, would probably just buy the higher does patches & save some money by cutting them in half when moving on to the next step.

I have used this product in the past, it is great if you are starting out wanting to end smoking, I would suggest getting all 3 steps and doing the whole program. Last time I used this I did all the steps and after I did not smoke for 3 years,
