Cute but small
I really loved this on my dog and would give it five stars, however it was too small to tie a knot, and we had to safety pin it together to get it to stay on. For size comparison, he's about 65 lbs (smallish-large dog) with a neck of 17 inches/43 cm, which, according to the site, is under the 60 cm neck size limit. Honestly, I can't find it right now to measure it, but I don't can tell you for sure if wouldn't tie around my golden retriever's neck.
