The old smell before they changed the ingredients smelled like a baby. Since they changed it has more of a flower scent than a baby. It also has a lot more ingredients.

Is Dreft only for newborns? I really want to go back to Dreft for my 3 year old.

Nope, Dreft makes two different stages! Dreft Stage 1 is for Newborns, and Dreft Stage 2 is for "Active Baby." We use stage 2 for our toddler and it works great and smells amazing!

Does this take out baby poop stains?

No it does not. The only thing that I found to remove those is Shout. Spot treat the stain with shout, then wash normally with Dreft.

Is this the original scent or the new scent?

No, it is not the original scent. I returned a first order I made because it was not the original scent. I contacted the seller and was told they would re send the correct item, Original Scent Dreft. The second item I received was also not the original scent.

Perfect for sensitive skin

This detergent gets my babies clothes clean while leaving a good scent. These are small containers and I thought I would go through them fast but my baby is 4 months old and I just finished one bottle.My baby has had no issues with this as far as skin sensitivities. I have even started using it on our bedding. My boyfriend was having a reaction to our detergent especially while in bed he would get itchy. Once I started using this his itching has stopped

Safe laundry detergent,

The laundry detergent that has been repurchased has a weak smell. Although it is a baby laundry detergent, my child has been using it until he is six years old, and his clothes are clean and soft.What a great product.

Perfect for newborns!

I love this detergent! I was in the market for newborn detergent and this does this trick wonderfully. It smells nice and doesn't irritate our babies newborn skin. Takes out normal everyday spills but a separate stain remover is recommended for trickier stains.
